Mark’s Fun Facts

1. I love to golf and people know me as a golfer, but truth be told, I am a better tennis player than I am a golfer.
2. As for unique talent, I have a pretty fantastic shower voice. I can hit all the notes when I’m singing classic rock in the shower!
3. I love yardwork. Mowing, trimming, planting, weeding. It eases my mind and is where I solve most of the world’s problems.
4. Cooking is something I enjoy, plus you get to eat your mistakes. Grilling, griddling, or sous vide, it doesn’t matter. I enjoy cooking for my family and friends.
5. Hiking is a real passion. I love to go back over to the West Virginia mountains and hike around Canaan Valley and Dolly Sods area. The mountains are where I truly relax and recharge. Betsy and I love to spend the day in the mountains out on a trail, someplace we have never been before!
6. I love all music but gravitate towards country and classic rock.
7. Pinehurst, N.C., Myrtle Beach, S.C., The Mountains of Virginia and West Virginia are my favorite vacation spots. Really any beach or mountain spot! 
8. Love to sit around a fire pit with friends and an adult beverage and chat about spontaneous topics.
9. Love a good bourbon spirit!
10. I have a group of friends that call me Gatorarms because I wouldn’t bet with them on the golf course! My golf game has enough pressure on it, lol!

Professional Mark

Mark has spent his entire professional career in the sales arena, paint, glass, wallpaper, sporting goods, office supplies and office furniture, and now insurance products. Whether he is doing the actual selling or helping other sales professionals plan and work toward their sales goals, he takes satisfaction in the journey and the relationships along the way! He has amassed a 35 year journey of business relationships that serve him well in his current role as our Business Development Manager. Mark is a huge college sports fan and enjoys playing golf and tennis. His wife Betsy is a retired educator and they have two grown sons, Jamie and Joe!
